Service Description
You will arrive just before 9am and meet Rebecca and fellow course participants. You will receive your course materials and then the course begins in a fun and interactive approach. The schedule: 9am-11am – Syllabus: Climate impact & Grape growing, Winemaking, Classic Wine Styles Break 11.15am - 1.15pm Syllabus: Principal Grape Varieties Break 2.00pm - 3.00pm – Syllabus: Food & Wine Matching* & Wine Service 3.00pm - 3.45pm – Revision** & Mock Exam 4.00 - 4.45pm Examination 4.45pm - 5.00pm - glass of bubbles & carriages *There will also be items to sample for food and wine matching exercises so please supply us with your dietary requirements. **Revision will then take place before the 45 minute multiple choice exam containing 30 questions in exam conditions, stipulated by WSET. We will then have a glass of bubbles before sending you on your way to enjoy the rest of your weekend. Your course results will be emailed to you approx. 4 weeks after the exam date. Certificates and Pins of successful candidates can be collected from Rebecca in central Winchester

Cancellation Policy
Clients wishing to cancel, may have a full refund up to 14 days before the course. Clients wishing to cancel in 14 days leading up to the course will receive a refund minus an administration fee of £75.
