Hard to find the exact moment! I am born and a grew up in our vineyard! But it is probably the harvest when I was a kid and also the chance to taste wines from a very young age! My grandfather thought that it was important to educate our palate so when we were around 6-8 years old he was giving us a glass of water with a few drops of wine and when we grew up the proportion between water and wine changes and at the end it was only wine!!
